(Rec. Jan. 22, 10.30 a.m.) NEW YOKE. Jan, 17. Dispatches from Buenos Ayres sta/te that the strike has been settled and the situation is improving. Lima advices also state that the strikers there returned to work.

Colonel Collins has completed a programme lor the ; Dominion 'Rifle meeting, comprising: Service matches, championship series • and champion teams match. The prize list totals £1033 cash, besides shield, cups, andl medals. The meeting commences on lltb March and lasts' five days.
