The United Press correspondent interviewed Count Yon Groote, Governor of the Rhenish provinces, who said tha,t Germany. would not forget Prance s retention of the Rhenish provinces. Jt would ultimately lead to w r ar between France and Germany. The Rhinelanders had strong German sympathies, and resented their annexation to France,
