CORRESPONDENCE
IN RE HOSPITAL SITE.
(To the Editor.!
Sir, —It would seem that the Port Hills, near where Mr Eustace Fanning —or his section, if he would sell —would be the site, most usually—or often, at least, selected where hills overlook a harbour — as the healthy site for - a hospital. I have mentioned it to Cr, Watson and the Mayor, who seemed to think it a site to be considered,, though, of course, it may not be as convenient as the Mental Hospital site, and) the question of water on high levels being deficient in dry season is always a serious matter. Still, it should be put before the public meeting ere too late to-night, and more time lost. I am, etc., COLIN CAMPBELL.
