TWENTY DRY STATES THIS YEAR (Reuter's Telegram*.) , WASHINGTON* Jan. 19. A feature of national prohibition .is the rapidity of its accomplishment. Twenty States have gone dry since the beginning of the year. The Prohibitionists’ principal weapon was Major-General Wood’s .testimony I to the benefit in the army zone.
