From lat July all mails for despatch bv train, or steamer, etc., which pref.xmaly were closed at or before 9 a.m., will be closed at 8 p.m. the previous 'evening, excepting Sundays, when mails will close at 8 p.m. on Saturday. ■- Street letter boxes will be cleared between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (Sundays excepted.) .
