BUTTER EXPORT. NO MORE FOE VANCOUVER. The Hon. D. H. Guthrie states that it will not be possible to allow the export of any more butter to Vancouver beyond the amount already booked for the Makura. The Imperial Government was prepared to allow the export of a certain quantity qf butter to America, but that quantity has been filled.
