Prom let July all mails for despatch by train or steamer, etc., which prevpusly were closed at or before 9 a.m., will be closed at 8 p.m. the previous evening, excepting Sundays, when mails will close at 8 p.m. on Saturday. Street letter boxes will be cleared daily between 9 a.m, and 5 p.m. (Sundays excepted.)
