WELLINGTON, This Day.< Owing to the postponement of the Januarv and subsequent drafts, the first ba'llct of Class D will not now -be < taken in February, so that man of th» class -will concentrate at the earliest
in June. . ._ The recruiting position is very strong. Drafts up to and including 3] arch are up to strength. _ '" First division voluntary recruits and appellants whose appeals have been dismissed unconditionally will therefore be [riven leave till the draft confiintrating at the end of April. Second Division appellants, similarly dealt with, will have leave, till the draft at the end of May.
