REMOVAL OF GUNS.

THE HAGUE, Oct. 14.
It is reported that all the Ostend guns have been removed. The coastal population are wildly excited. They are evacuating districts within long range of artillery and are flocking to the interior, causing congestion, "panic, and interference with lines of communication. All news, including President Wilson's reply, is stopped at the frontier.
