(Rec. Oct. 15, 11.10 a.m.) TIENTSIN, Oct. 14. A semi-official Japanese communique says-—We- carried-- out a converging movement from Blam Ovetschenk. Japanese from Habarovsk defeated thi enemy, and cut of and prisonered 150(1 Austro-Germans who were endeavouring to reach China.
