Froin Ist July all mails for despatch by train or steamier, etc., which previously ivei-e closed at or 'before 9 a.m. will be closed at 8 p.m. the pre.vious evening, excepting Sundays, when mails',will close at 8 p.m. on Saturday. ) Street letter boxes will be cleared daily between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (Sundays excepted.)
