From L*t July all mails for despatch by train or steamer, etc., which previously were closed fit or 'before 9 a.m. will 'te closed at 8 p.m. the previous .evening, excepting Sundays, when mails will close at 8 p.m. on Saturday. ) Street letter boxes will he cleared daily between 9 a.m. and 5 p.in.
