The iSpruce trees in the Queen's Gardens have not been doing well for the past two or three years, a blight having attacked them. In recent months the blight has played havoc with the, trees, which, are evidently doomed. A fine specimen near the Bridge street fence is going off rapidly, the whole of the centre from the base almost to the top of the tree being practically dead.
