Dominion (W*llihi{?and the Herald (.Auckland. The alleged libel was contained -in a "Press Association telegram from Chnst-chm-ch ..which was headed "Solicitor , struck off the Roll," when as a matter of fact a rule nisi only was allowed. ,The plain triff claimed" that his crfldiU, ■profession, and reputation,, had) been injured.
