WELLINGTON, May 20. Townseiid and Paul, Ltd., report as follows on the Wellington fruit: and produce market: — . Only small supplies of pears' have, been corning to 'hand the last few days, consequently prices have advanced, and . all firm linos coming forward are rea-. lising good prices, /N-elis, Cole and' Joephine being in keen demand. With the exception of good [Russets and Delicious, the apple market is a. shade easier, as larger quantities have been coming forward the last few days. We would not be surprised to see the mar- i ket harden again at any time, and recommend regular consignments.
