FOURTEEN NEW DESTROYER'S
EXPEDITION OP' SHIP-BUILDING

NEW YORK, May 19. Mr Daniels named fourteen new destroyers, which will be "hurried to European waters. Mr Bainbridge Colby, a member of the United States Shipping Board, in <* speech, said that fifty larger sized shijos would be completed in June, arid a larger number in July and August. General Foch, in a cable to the Red Gross Headquarters, says: "America has generously brought the aid of her army and industrial and commercial resources to France. There are sure pledges of victory." General Focn warmly praised the wovV if the Amerl can Red Cross.
