Germany and Austria at the capture I of the Dowager Empress of Russia and three Grand DukesThe Neue Freie Presse (Vienna) says the Central Powers will not ill-treat them, thongh all, especially Commander-in-Chief. Nicholas, merited punishment. Newspapers state that until the arrival of the Germans the Russian Imperial family were allowed only ordin- '"' ary soldiers'' rations, and had neither meat nor sugar. The Grahtt Duchess Olga had. to do housework and wash j clothes, and had to sell some clothes in j order to pay the bookseller's bill.
