A CZECH WARNING

BERNE, May 17
It is reported from Vienna that a deputation of Czechs, including members of Parliament, warned Dr. Seidler that if the Government created a constitution for Bohemia 0.0 the German model Che Czechs would raise a sanguinary revolution, r Seidler told a strikers' deputation that the of gefneral peace was not hopeless. The Kaiser was doing his best to bring about negotiations.
BERLIN BREAD RATION TO BE REDUCED.

A Berlin official notification states that the daily bread rations will be reduced in the. middle of June from 200 to 160 grammes, owing to the arrivals of Ukraine grain being disappointing. Admiral von Tirpitz has formed a secret organisation which is -working against the heads of the Navy, especir ally Admiral,, Von Capelle, Secretary iof State for the Navy.. The members x>f the organisation regard the Navy's inaction as inglorious, and demand expeditions to the; British and French coasts. ; HAMBURG'S WAR PROGRAMME. (Australian and N.Z. The Hamburg Senate forwarded to the Bundesrath a statement of Hamburg 's special war aims, including - an. adequate indemnify, preferably in raw material,; an adequate colonial empire; payment of all foreign debts due-to Germans; redress of the grievances of Germans abroad; the. prohibition of, boycptfe and other hostile measures : aimed at German goods, and shipping; and re-estaiblishmient of the German mercantile marine in all oceans, with equal rights with other nations.
