CAPETOWN, April 23. Reuter's Agency lias received information from an official source to tho effect that the distinguished Boer general and Legislator, General ; iM. W. Myburgh, has offered General Botha, South African Prime Minister, . his services, either in Europe or Mesopotrt- " General Botha has replied that though gladly accepting the otter he ; can use General Myburgh's services to better advantage in conection with recruiting. It is anticipated, however, that General Myburgh's services will be used later in the sphere of military operations. SOUTH AFRICA. BOTHA CONDEMNS XREPUBLICAN PROPAGANDA.. (Australian end N.Z.
