PRUSSIAN FRANCHISE BILL
EQUAL SUFFRAGE DELETED.

AMSTERDAM, May 15. The .Prussian Lower House read the Electoral Reform Bill the third time by 236 votes to 185, but with the equal suffage clause deleted. 'The Progressive Poles and Social Democrats opposed the emasculated Bill. Thet Minister declared that the. Government had employed all constitutional means to carry equal suffrage, and failiiig acceptance thereof within* a definite period • the House would be dissolved. "
