ANARCHISTS AND BOLSHEVIKS. 'Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) PETROGRAD, May 14. Soviet troops surrounded the anarchists' headaufirtera at Moscow. The anarchists refused to surrender a_nd armoured cava bombarded them, the archists with machine-guns and grenades, but after half an hours fightiner they hoisted the white flag- _ Fighting is being continued m other streets. Many guns have- been posted at the Kremlin, where the Council of Commissaries is sitting.
