SALLEGES NEGLECT OF HIS CONS' STITUENCY. j ' (United Press Association.* 5 j HOKITIKA, This Day. I Captain T. Seddon. jM.P., in a per- ! sbnal letter to his constituents, written from France, expresses disgust at the neglect shown by the Government to the Westland district during his absence on military duties. Letters he j receives, together with press reports, make it clear/that reasonable consideration is not being given to the wants of | a growing district. Captain Seddon has i written to some of the Ministers complaining of the neglect, which he feels very much under the circumstances. He "concludes:" "Can I do more except come myself?"
