KEEN DISCUSSION. DONDON, April 2. There is much newspaper speculation regarding the'new man-power proposals. It is generally accepted that the new age limit would be fifty, and that all existing exemptions will be drastically reconsidered. . Ireland's position is arousing the keenest controversy. The Convention s report is expected at the week-end. Brigadier-General Campbell,- of the Lancers, formerly of the New Zealand Defence Force, has died of wounds.
