ANNUAL DEVOTIONS. At St. Marv'e Catholic 'Church the aiiTMi.nl Devotions of the" Fort.v Hours, which beiran on Friday morning, were brought to a close last evening l . f.hi> church was overcrowded. Psalms 142, 50, and 119. the Benedicite, - tbjj|: Magnificat, the Te Deum, and the .GWffi via were recited by the congregation: Miss Armstrong, accompanied by -violin, obliroto, organ, and harp, 'sansr with? devotion Henry Ravina's "Adoremii&l._ The Rev. Father McGrath. in a powerful sermon, traced the Catholic doctrine of the Holy Eucharist in the .Scriptures, and appealed to the congregation to cultivate a great devotion to the JStich-_ aristic Lord. The Vitetta brothers ren*-' deTed on violin and 'harp, accompanied bv the organ. "T,*. Vision ( Wagner).' Tho Rpv. Father Tymons, R.M.". carried the Blessed Sacrament in •the procession around the ChurchBenediction followed, and the ceremony was concluded hv the singing of "Faith of our 1 Fathers." Miss Frank, A.T.C.L., was the organist.
