WAIMEA COUNTY- COUNCIL I ELECTION. TO THE RATEPAYERS.—WAIITI RIDING. Ladies and Gentlemen.— I am again offering myself as a candidate for election as your representative. Should you do me the honour of electing me for a further term, I will do my best as hitherto to watch your interests and also the interests of the Council as a whole. My motto will always be, Efficiency of administration, as far as it is possible under the present circumstances. The abnormal conditions owing to the war makes the work of administration difficult to carry out, but I am prepared to do my best to see that justice is done to all, and that the Council's business is carried on as economically as possible.
