The Appeal Court ahnounced that it had come to thfe decision that Lundon was iguilty of professional' misconduct,, ' and asked counsel if he had anything ito say with regard to puoishmpnt. Mr Blair spoke briefly in mitigation, and the Court reserved its final Judgment.
