AOakland Tramways Company the Appeal Court ordered judgment to be entered for tho Company, the question of costs being re'erytid for; the Supreme Court at Auckland. Th~. fonff. held that pKintiff hnd wholly failed to prove negligence, aa .no'act or omission on the part either of the motor-man or defendant company had been pointed to which could be relied on as having that effect.
