STATiEMF.NT BY FIRST LORD OF THE ADMIRALTY. . {Reuter's Telegrams^) " _ LONDON, Oct. 23. Speaking in the House of Coirimons, Sir ErisGeddes, First Lord of the Admiralty, stated that Admiral Sir David ißeatty would order a court-martial on the loss of the neutral convoy as soon as. the survivors were fit to attend. The naval inquiry mentioned yesterday would also be held immediately. It would deal with the general question of-convoying, which the Admiralty was jiow reviewing owing to the loss of the convoy.
