Sir James Allen stated that up to 30th September, the result of the reexamination of C2 men had been very •satisfactory. There had been 617 men examined and 124 had passed A (fit for service); 7 passed as Bl and 82, and 204 as CI, who will be given special training to fit them for service, while 282 of the previous rejections had been confirmed.
