GERMANY'S PLANS
DIVISION OF ALSACE-LORRAINE. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association j NEW YORK, May 18. The New York Times' Hatrue correspondent reports that Die Post states that there have been revelations of Germany's intention to divide Alsace-Lor-raine between Bavaria and Prussia. The plan represents the demands of the Central Party. The correspondent learns that there : will be furious jealousy in Saxony and other States which have not received bribes. Meanwhile Austria is sulking. She may be offered the Polish throne for the Archduke Karl Stephen.
