RECONSTRUCTION OF THE GOVERNMENT. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) May 18. The: Cabinet has been constituted. It includes six- Socialists. Generals Alexieff, Brusiloff, Gourko, Dragomirbff, and Scherbatschiff attended several conferences with the Government on the question of munitions and supplies. It is announced that the position is improving: It is understood that Generals Brusiloff and Gourko have withdrawn their resignations.
