RATIONING! .NECESSARY NEXT WINTER. (Router* s Telegrams.) (Rec. May 19, 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, May 18. In the House of Commons Sir Robert Stanley, President of the Board of Trade, stated that owing to transport difficulties, coal rationing would be necessary, especially in London next winter He indicated a further ieductioii of the civilian supply of petrol.
