DRINKING WITH MEALS CAUSES INDIGESTION. "You should never drink with meals :f vou are troubled with indigestion/' T was told at a time when I could hardlv eat a meal without suffering afterwards. I followed the advice rigidly, and although I was somewhat relieved, still suffered a good deal. I tried several medicines, but without any beneficial effect until a medical friend recommended taking about half a teaspooiiful of *>rdinarv bisurated magnesia m half a cKpful of warm water after each meal anti at bedtime. The result was quite satisfactory. The bisurated magnesia entirely counteracted, the acidity in .he stomach, which causes dyspepsia; relief came almost immediately and I am now able to eat, drink and enjoy my meals without bad effects. Drinking with my meals does not worry me now. Tn case any reader should like to trv ithi« excellent remedy which I understand relieves other kinds of indigestion just as ■ effectively as it did mine. I may add that it is obtainable from any chemist, but I strongly advise anyone trying. rt to make perfectly sure thev get the Srisurated magnesia, other forms not i*ing so suitable for this purpose— JvT.G.
