MONTHLY MEETING. The monthly meeting of the Nelson Land Board was held on Thursday and' Friday last. Present: Mr F.'A. Thompson ('Commissioner), -and Messrs Bell, Patterson and Walker. The 'Commissioner apologised for the absence of Mr ißaigent, who was tinable to be present owing to illness in his family. It was resolved that the Minister be recommended to have the Collingwobd-Heaphy track re-opened preliminary to close settlement.
