The populace is on the verge of famine. -/MONARCHICAL PARTY. MINUS SUPPORTERS: (Rec. May 14, 10.30 a.m.) . PETROGRAD, May 13. Letters show that the Monarchical party has absolutely disappeared, not having a single supporter of their cause.
