(Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. <Rec. Nov. 16, 11.20 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 15. The Roumanians repulsed the enemy north and- south oi Oitz Valley but the enemy, who were considerably reinforced by .Germans, pressed back the Roumanians in the Tirouhxi,' Alt and Jiul Valleys.
