(Rec. 11.50 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. ■Sasanof's Cup victory has aroused a discussion on the conditions of the race, some considering that the whole question of handicapping three-year-olds should be revised, pointing out that if a three-year-old is capable of winning, weight-f or-age. races and is handicapped below that scale in the Cup, the weight should be readjusted. Sasanof was handicapped 6.11 in Clip, nine pounds less than weight-for-age" scale. He earned 6.12, including a pound overweight. A month earlier he won the Spring. Stakes weight-for-age race, carrying' 7.4.
