A Roumanian communique says:— There have been incessant enemy attacks between IJzul Valley and Cahino Valley since the 29th September. They have been sanguinarily repulsed. -u? left wing at Dragoslavele was compelled to give way, and also forced to withdraw south- of Sumbesti. on the right bank of the Alt. . Our flotilla bombarded' the enemy's left flank at 'Soilmen imari , s north of Cernavoda.
