EDUNEDIN, This Day. • .Martin Oisen, who pleaded guilty in the Lower Court to 'theft, was sentenced 'bly- Mr Justice Sin* to 12 months' hard laboua- and ordered to be detained therer after for reformative treatment not exceeding four years.
