PRO-GERMAN INFLUENCE IN SOUTH WALES

Evan Davies, Welsh miners* leader, in « speech at Ebbjavele, said that every miner's -agent knows that a .pro-German element exists in/South Wales. Emissaries attend lodge meetings, doing their "best to upset the leaders' arrangements. The scandal had. become serious and should he settled forthwith.
