I don't ■ think you imderstand that tl)o Bill which'"has been dealt with by the House of .Representatives included 1 anti-shouting legislation, and also made it illegal for women to' be served in any licensed bars throughout the Do- 1 < minion: and in addition provided excessively drastic legislation for the control of licenses'houses.
