After deliberating for 6£ hours they found . the accused gm.'ty of resisting the police at "Wal-sti, and not- guilty of using Seditious .Vnguage: and c:: the Maungapobatii charges cf counsel •rug to murd,ej\' and counselling to do grievous bodily harm they di&agreed, - The jucvge intimated that he would defer - his decision as to what course he -would take until next morning.
