Sirj—I have been asked .by several subscribers to the Guards' Silver Bullet Fund .why their colours were placed last and all the other armies were (placed by order of contributions to the fund. If that as correct the 'Guards should have been placed Bth instead of 10th, their •contribution, £lOl7, placing then* above the Flying Squadron and i-he Knobby Gordons (as published list). Thanking you in anticipation I am. etc., SUBSCRIBER.
