Dear Sirs,—lt affords me much pleasure to be able to advise you of the uM-eut success T have from the 5 lons of Rockland Basic Phosphate Manure which 1 purchased from you a few

months ago. lor many veais * "-- been a, lartre user oi imported Superphosphates.' Basic slag.and various brands of New Zeala,,d breezing Companics' mixtures ; but I H hA ER U\D SUCH MARKED SUCCESS from ?nv xnnmV"s as I HAVE HAD THIS SEASON FROM YOUR BAblO PHOSI'HATE in spite of worse weather conditions than we have experienced lor many years. I I used a portion of you- JOApvtp to TOP DRESS some of my Gh-Abb LA A ut and the balance I used on oats. One paddock I manured and shut up for hay and despite the. dry season and ■general bad vear for grass. ! had from th ,: very old pasture a very good crop, wh-e uramuruxed paddock* shut up gave ponr results I manured one paddock on which I run my cows regularly and left the others. The PADDOCK WHICH WAS MANURED J SHOULD THINK PRODUCES ABOUT 25 PER CENT MORE FEED THAN ANY OF THE UNMANURED PADDOCKS. Glovers came in a surprising manner although clover had not shown, to any extent°for some years. As w« « this. THE GRASS SEEMED T( FRESHER AND TO CONTAIN MORE NOURISHMENT, as the cows milked better and did better when on the manured pasture. I had sufficient manure to cover nasi my oat crop and for the remainder I used! a Freezing Company's special grrain manure THE OATS ON WHICH I USED THE BASIC PHOSPHATE LEFT THE OTHER OATS FAR BEHIND AND TC SUCH A MARKED EXTENT THAT PEOPLE ASKED ME WHAT I HAD DONE TO HALF MY CROP. , ... I am so pleased with my success with this manure that I think every farmer should know of its qualities, and to see this end, I' would be pleased to give every farmer further particulars and show the actual results. I can confidently recommend Rockland Basic Phosphate, and my order for the coining season will be about 5 tons. (Signed) W. W. Livesay. Brightwater, Feb. 9th, 1915. Messrs Bisley Bros, and Co. Nelson. Dear Sirs, —We have to advice you of our success with Rockland Basic Phosphate Manure. We purchased two tons from you, and although late in the season, applied a jport'on of it to one half of our CLOVER PADDOCK. The other half of this paddock we topdressed, with Basic. Slag. The difference between the two manures was most marked, and WE HAD A REALLY WONDERFUL RESULT WITH THE BASIC PHOSPHATE. The portion manured with the Basic Phosphate gTew stronger, taller, and the clover was bright green, whereas THE BASIC SLAG PORTION had a yellowish tinge, and WAS DECIDEDLY INFERIOR. We are so pleased with our success •with this manure that we will use large Quantities during the coming season. (Signed) NEWMAN BROS. Although paddock was not topdressed the following year the result was even more noticeable, which proves that BASIC PHOSPHATE IS A LASTING MANURE. Riwaka, March 11th, 1915. Messrs Bisley Bros, and Co. Nelson. Dear Sirs, —It affords me much pleasure to be able to advise you of my success with the Rockland Bas : c Phosphate manure which I purchased from you last July. I used this manure on my GRAIN CROPS (OATS AND WHEAT) The paddock where this grain grew is, the poorest piece of land on my property and DURING THE FORTY YiEARS T HAVE HAD THIS PLACE I HAVE NEVER HAD A CROP SO 000 D BY HALF. It is the opinion of the Farmers in this neighbourhood that my oat crop is the best in the district, and my wheat crop is exceptionally good. I HAVE TO PUT THIS SUCCESS DOWN TO YOUR BASIC PHOSPHATE. You can make use of this reference to help to make the manure known, as after my success I feel at is the best manure and the cheapest on the market. (Signed) Alex. Drummond. Motueka, Jan. 14th, 1915. Messrs Bisley and Co. Nelson. Dear Sirs, —I have great pleasure in advising you of the success I have had from the Rockland Basic Phosphate which I purchased from you last July. I used the Majority on GRASS PADDOCKS, and I can confidently sav that DURING THE TEN YEARS I HAVE HAD THIS PROPERTY I HAVE NEVER BAD HALF THE GRASS I HAVE HAD THIS SEASON, I have stocked Ibe ground as heavily as usual. The effect ot your manure is even more surprising seeing that the season has been exceptionally dry and a ■ral bad year fur grass. The BASIC PHOSPHATE FORCED the GRO\, ..1 OF CLOVER IN MY PADDOCKS WHERE CLOVER HAD NaT SHOWN FOR YEARS. I am so satisfied with the manure that I will largely increase my order for the coming season. I will be pleased if any farmer wanting further particulars will come along and see the results. (Signed) L. Francois, We have large shipments arr vint in July, August and September. Forward us your order' promptly to ensure dej livery. i Rockland Basic Phosphate runs through the drill well. It gives the result, it i* & lasting manure and it sweetens and improves your soil. Let at know your requirement* to-day. BISLEY BROS. and Co. ••!• Agctl I" NeUvg DliirNf.
