The Kreuz Zeitungj -in -warning Germans against Major Moraht's optimism and -belittling of England, declares that there are no grounds for the conclusion that Australia, Canada., and -South. Africa cannot send more troops. It is" not without reason that British statesme speak of the rich resources of men and material within the Empire. England is very strong financially.
