A Russian communique says :—We forced the enemy back at the bend of the Stokhod river. We have reached westward of the Velicka-Kuchary line. iWe repulsed' counter-attacks at Kovel and Lusk.. We attacked' in the region of Tohekhuv and Dubenka, south-east-"ward of Monasterisk. We crossed" ~&he marshy river Koropetz waist -deep. The bridges were destroyed. We reached tfie west bank, where we organised and took prisoner over 100$ AustTO-Germans.
