A League of Britons is;being formed at Liverpool for bringing the Kaiser and his fellow-criminals to trial for-pun-ishment for the Fryatt and other murders. It is proposed that members pledge themselves to eject from power any Government refusing to make it an indispensable condition of peace that a judicial tribunal be established to try the guilty principals and execute them if* convicted.. Dr Macnamara. Secretary to the Admiralty, in a speech on Captain Fryatt's death, said it fills minds and stirs the deepest horror and indignation. Our sentiments, concerning this outrageous crime will be shared by the whole of the civilised world.
