SIR T. MACKENZIE'S APPOINTMENT. (United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Dya, In the Legislative Council this afternoon the Hon. A. T. Maginnity asked Sir F. Bell whether he would answer a question without notice regarding the Dardanelles Commission. Sir E. Bell said that he could not answer such a quesitnn without notice. The Hon. A. T. Maginnity then gave notice to ask whether Sir T. Mackenzie's appointment was made with the approval of the Government and. whether the Government -will lay the correspondence on the table.
