ÜBLIC NOTICE is hereby -liven ' that a* a Special Meeting of the Waimea County Council, held at the Oflice of the "Waimea County Council m the Citv of Nelson on the 6th day of July. 1916, it wis resolved to raise by way of Special Order a Special Loan as follows: (a) The purpose for which the Loan is required is for metalling- the Moutere Inlet road) .between the northern 'boundary of Section' 20, Block viii., Motuck S.D., and Lot 67, Tasini an. (b) The sum proposed! to 'be borrowed for such ipuipose is £SOO. (c) The proposed security for the loan is an annually recurring special rateof 5-16 th of on© penny in the £ on the capital value of all rateable .property within .the Special Rating Area No. 6, Moutere Inlet, for a term of 30 years, (payable on the Ist day of October in each year during the currency af the loan. A sinking fund will be provided for the payment of the loan at the expiration of the term.
