TURKISH LOAN
DEPRECIATED GERMAN BONDS. (Reutor's Telegrams.) LONDON, July 28. Constantinople official reports' state that Turkey is obtaining a further advance of two millions sterling from Germany in the. shape of depreciated ex chequer bonds on which she will, base a fresh issue of paper money, The transaction illustrates the methods of enemy finance.
